Il nostro fagiolo bianco todino è coltivato su terreni dislocati fra un’altezza compresa tra i 500 ed i 900 metri s.l.m, zone particolarmente adatte in quanto ricche di acque sorgive.
La piantumazione viene eseguita a mano, così come la raccolta, con estrema delicatezza per preservare il baccello dagli urti, dallo schiacciamento e dal conseguente cambio di colore.
