1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current e-commerce legislation, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products on Basilicòre without any penalty and without needing to provide a reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be able to return a product, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be intact and unused;
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all labels and any promotional materials included;
- The product must not be damaged or altered.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, send a request via email to our Customer Service at info@basilicore.it. Your message must include:
- The order number;
- A description of the product to be returned;
- A photo of the product if it is defective or damaged.
Once your return request is received and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back the product.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the received product is defective or does not conform to the order. In such cases, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
5. Refund
The refund for the returned product will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for the following products:
- Food products that have been opened or used;
- Personalized or custom-made products.
7. Liability
Basilicòre is not responsible for any damage to the product caused by handling that does not comply with the return instructions.
